The mission of Ferrol Mental and Medical services is to provide basic health care and other medical and mental health (therapy, counseling) services to victims of homelessness and who suffer from HIV/Aids in efforts to build stronger families and community while improving the quality of life of the victims through self-esteem, character building and other services.

The services also extend to providing buddy services to abused, single family, teenage HIV/Aids victims; provide referral services to free and/or low cost medical care providers.

Moreover, it provides advocacy services on behalf of patients for fee waivers, free or reduced medication and extensive psychiatric and counseling services that the organization is not equipped to provide.

Finally, the organization provides insurance application assistance; housing mental health/substance abuse services referral and advocacy services; family support; food stamps, TANF, SSI and SSDI application assistance.
